Study on anisotropic behavior of 7075 Al alloy after extrusion

چکیده
Abstract For an extrusion process of 7075 Al alloy, the direction initial blank is changed to study mechanical properties formed plates and characterize their microstructure. The as-received bar extruded alloy. secondary deformation along perpendicular direction. results show that anisotropy two samples decreases obviously after deformation. yield strength ultimate tensile ED90 sample lower than ED0 sample, but plastic slightly higher sample. In addition, recrystallized grain proportion high texture low, so Schmid factor in three directions similar. fracture mode belongs ductile fracture, morphology dimple size cleavage plane are different.
